Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free from odours, stains, or damage
Final Sale Items Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes items purchased during promotional sales events unless otherwise stated.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at customersatisfaction@moralfabrics.ca within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fee Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A $15.99 USD restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Address Once your return is approved, you will be provided with the return shipping address. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, minus the $15.99 CAD restocking fee. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability. The restocking fee does not apply to exchanges. To request an exchange, contact us at customersatisfaction@moralfabrics.ca with your order number and the item you'd like instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customersatisfaction@moralfabrics.ca with a photo of the issue. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. The restocking fee does not apply in these cases.
